If a building(industrial plants, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, apartment buildings etc. ) is not collapsed during an earthquake, fire extinguishing systems must be in service, secured and intact to be able to protect life and property against fires occured due to seismic forces impose on the non structural elements.
